The following bugs were addressed:
6104: RiverWISE could crash when changing periodic slot column widths after
      a run.
6116: Multiple errors were posted when attempting to generate certain pie
      graphs.
6126: The Database DMI DSS server could lose connection due to a windows
      exception. This occurred on Windows 10 only.
6132: A crash could occur if starting a run while entering data in the SCT.
6138: Integer Indexed Series Slots in an hourly timestep model were 
      incorrectly opening in the Slot Viewer.
