The following issues were addressed:
- 6051: Distributed MRM is not intended to be used with multiple rulesets.
        Now, the correct error message is issued. Use RiverSMART for this
        type of investigation.
- 6084: Importing a DMI that contains a dataset which wasn't in either the
        model file or the import file caused a crash. Now an error message
        is issued.
- 6087: An Output Canvas was not shown correctly in a Model Report.
- 6088: The Slope Power Reservoir Weighting Coefficients method was
        modified for better iteration.  This potentially changes results
        for the following solution cases on a Slope Power Reservoir.
        --- solveMB_givenEnergyInflow (including the Best or Max flag on
            Energy)
        --- solveMB_givenEnergyHW
        --- solveMB_givenEnergyStorage
        --- solveMB_givenInflowRelease
        --- solveMB_givenOutflowHW
        --- solveMB_givenOutflowStorage
        --- all solutions using the Lumped Mass Balance method in the
            Target Slope Storage calculation
        --- all RPL predefined functions that include a Slope Storage
            calculation
