Bugs

The following issues were addressed:
• 5800: Accounting slots were aggregated incorrectly on Time Aggregation
  Series Slots and when aggregating after changing the run timestep size.
  This incorrect aggregation only occurred using the Average function when
  all values in the interval were NaN.
• 5804: A crash could occur when adding an item to a RPL set when showing
  statements in the RPL set editor.
• 5805: Assignment to a slot with Date Time units was incorrect when using
  the DateToNumber RPL function and a date offset.
• 5824: A crash could occur when opening a function from the RPL Set
  Analysis tool, then deleting that function, and saving the ruleset.
• 5826: Running an Excel Database DMI from batch mode did not work in
  certain circumstances.
