Unit Schemes and Slot Copy Paste
------------------------------
When slots are copied and pasted, the Unit Scheme exceptions are also
updated accordingly so that the display attributes of the new slots match
those of the original slots.

Optimization
------------------------------
On the Slope Power Reservoir, negative hydrologic inflows are now allowed
in optimization.

Bugs
------------------------------
The following issues were addressed:

5733: In plotting, the Pan/Zoom sometimes was not working correctly.
5737: In plotting, step curves could be misleadingly clipped at the edge of
      the plot.
5744: A RPL Utility Group could not be added when a Policy Group was
      selected.
5757: In Database DMIs, Name Maps were not working correctly for all columns
      of an Aggregate Series slot.
5759: On the Accounting workspace, account fill patterns were not always
      showing correctly.
5760: The Open Account Dialog wasn't closing correctly when clicking the red
      X window titlebar button.
5767: Generating a Tabular Series Slot Report as a script action from batch
      mode caused an error.
5768: In plotting, Y axis bounds did not persist if the plot had no data.
5769: Script execution of an Input DMI was very slow when SCTs were open.
5770: In the RPL Search and Replace dialog, the search string was lost when
      changing the search location.
5771: In the RPL Search and Replace dialog, the case sensitive search was
      lost on subsequent searches.
5773: In Optimization, preferred units were added for PowerPerFlow
      (1MW/cms).
5775: On the Accounting workspace, accounts could overlap one another.
