Bugs

The following issues were addressed:

5572: Within RPL editing, pasting a WITH or FOR statement could lead to
      validation problems.
5722: In certain scenarios, an SCT that was saved in the unlocked state was
      incorrectly opened in the locked state.
5738: A crash could occur when deleting a Mass Balance Summary slot.
5740: In the Open Account dialog, the value column was not aligned
      correctly.
5747: Copy/paste of a Mass Balance Summary slot incorrectly retained a
      reference to the original slot.
5748: Periodic slot plot labels were incorrectly changing back to the
      default label.
5752: Copy and paste of a slot did not copy the description or series slot
      notes.
5753: Within RPL, a WHILE loop could lead to a crash.
5758: The DSS server didn't handle errors well. Now the DSS server returns
      meaningful errors to RiverWare and keeps the connection open.
